Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16, after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. When she was 17, she won her pro card just a year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at the age of 16, after which she decided to stop gym class. Within just one year after that, she managed to obtain her Pro Card at age 17. She was among the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel stopped her professional career for a period of six years in order to further the education she wanted to pursue. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She picked up where she was in prior competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed throughout the years following her debut, setting new standards for herself each time. She also won four fitness titles by the end 2009. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the young IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Once she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel had a 6-year hiatus from the sport to get her college degree. The first time she was IFBB Fitness' Pro was held at the Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the end of the day, she came in 3rd place at the show. In the summer of 2016 she took home the title of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in take part in Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage two months later and took home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have finished 6th in the Fitness Division, despite being completely unprepared. Ariel was competing against the top athletes. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel likes working out her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. It is common to warm up before the workout. Also Ariel loves to use her time in the most efficient way possible. Converting all the back exercises into three to four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is known for.
