April Bowlby (born April Bowlby) is an American model, actress and singer. The actress was known as Kandi, Stacy Barrett and Rita Farr from the CBS Comedy Series Two and a Half Men. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actor best recognized for her role as Stacy Barrett in the American legal comedy drama/fantasy TV series Drop Dead Diva and Kandi on the show Two and a Half Men. Modeling was her first career followed by films and television series. The first time she appeared was on a small screen, as an extra for the series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The show then led to appearances of single episodes in other shows. In the following years, her breakthrough part as Kandi was in Two and a Half Men. Bowlby's performance in the role of Stacy Barrett on the series Drop Dead Diva earned her fame throughout the world. Bowlby played the role as Rita Farr/Elastigirl for the American web-based show Titans. A spin-off of the series Doom Patrol will see her reprise her role as the character. Bowlby is also famous as a result of her TV appearances in Sands of Oblivion (a TV film) as well as The Wrong Daughter. The actress made her debut on the big screen with All Roads Lead Home, later appearing as a character in The Slammin Salmon as well as From Prada to Nada.
